Hans Hubrich
Hans Hubrich, President, approaches his work at FDG with the same passion that ignites his personal life – unfaltering dedication to a beautiful quality of life. That personal quest translates well into FDG’s mission to improve clients’ processes and execution during major capital projects. Hans has many years of experience on both the owner and contractor’s side of the industry. He brings an intense attention to detail, creativity towards challenges and opportunities, and uplifting mindfulness to projects and to FDG’s day to day operations. When away from the office, Hans loves spending time with his wife and three young children above all else. Some of his other interests are yoga, skiing, time with friends and general adventuring.
Wynn Hubrich
Wynn Hubrich, Founder and Vice President, is incredibly passionate about his work as a project manager. He loves to help companies and corporations relocate into new office space. Wynn has 40+ years of experience in the real estate and construction field, making him a "guru" for solving problems that come up in every construction and relocation project. His mantra is "SERVICE" and to him, customer service means everything. As family man (happily married for 43 years) with six children, he understands life and work. He is also a marathon runner, scuba diver, golfer, and gardener.
Monica Boice
Monica Boice, Director of Marketing, has a dynamic personality and zest for life that she imbues into both her work at FDG and her life’s work. Having lived in many places, including internationally in London and Uganda, and having work experience in everything from a small start-up to a multinational company, Monica has a broad range of skills and the ability to do just about anything, and do it well. She loves to find opportunities to use her resourcefulness and adaptable nature and always endeavors to positively impact the FDG workplace and projects. Outside of work, she’s utterly devoted to her husband and son and the three of them love hiking, traveling, eating good food, and cheering on the Real Salt Lake soccer team.
Kate Hubrich
Kate Hubrich, Director of Operations, has returned to her beloved Salt Lake City, UT community. After working locally and internationally in the nonprofit world, she is excited to establish roots here and transition into the realm of corporate relocation consulting. She is a perfect fit for the FDG team because both strive for superior customer satisfaction and quality working relationships. In addition to loving her role and workmates at the FDG office, she loves spending time in the nearby Wasatch Mountains, attending cultural events downtown, and serving within the refugee community of Salt Lake City.
