Project controls and contract administration services for construction of civil, structural and systems improvements for the UTA's 11-mile, dedicated lane, bus rapid transit project through the cities of Orem and Provo. Services included budget and schedule administration, design coordination, issue resolution, and contract administration for multiple, simultaneous contracts totaling $150+ million.

timpanogos bus facility expansion

Project delivery and contract administration services for major design-build expansion of the Utah Transit Authority's existing Timpanogos Bus Facility. Expansion included construction of 18,000 sq.ft. of new facilities across 5 independent structures, 12,000 sq.ft. of interior remodels across two buildings, and major site and civil improvements to the 16 acre site, while maintaining full uninterrupted operation of the facility.

Frontlines 2015 Program Management Services

Project controls and contract administration services for multiple simultaneous projects under the Utah Transit Authority Frontlines 2015 program. Management of budget and schedule for projects from ranging in value from $3 million to $535 million. Also, contract administration services for design, procurement, and construction contracts including design-build, traditional hard bid, and CMGC procurement methods.
