Management of 165,000 sq.ft. adaptive re-use remodel and corporate relocation project, from due diligence phase through corporate relocation and occupancy. Oversight of vendor and contractor procurements including architect/engineer, general contractor, and FF&E vendors. Full interior remodel and upgrading of existing facility as Class B call center and corporate office facility.
