Project delivery and relocation programming services for design, build-out, and relocation of 66,000 sq.ft, adaptive reuse, campus and residential living mixed-use facility. Services included oversight of design and construction processes, procurement and oversight of associated FF&E contracts, management of project budget and master schedule, and relocation programming and execution for campus facility and two associated residential locations.
