  • Utilize critical path method principles to optimize project planning and efficiency.

Contract Administration

  • Management of contract amendment processes.
  • Oversees the progress of potential change order from identification, documentation, and through to finalization.
  • Clear presentation of contract costs, deliverables, timelines, and quality standards into understandable metrics.

Payment Draw Request Inspections and Certifications

  • Ensures quality of prime and subcontractor pay requests Maintains invoice and contract ledgers to verify consistency in budget and expectations.
  • Corresponds with client or payee to resolve concerns.
  • Works within existing processes or creates processes to certify pay requests and process for payment.

Risk Analysis and Evaluation

  • Provides objective perspective with decades of experience to draw upon to assess potential risks.
  • Collaborative and holistic evaluations conducted to identify root-causes and affects.
  • Facilitates mitigating control implementation.

Development and Maintenance of Project Budget

  • Works as a cross departmental bridge to ensure universal understanding of project budget through the lifetime of the project.
  • Extensive knowledge and experience with federal accounting and reporting requirements.
  • Documentation and data management for dashboarding and ongoing monitoring.

Earned Value Management Creation and Reporting

  • Expertise in earned value management principles key to effectively forecast project progress and potential deficiencies.
  • Creates processes to identify potential project scheduling or budget issues early.
  • Provides a mechanism of accountability for prime and sub-contractors.
  • Increases the likelihood of a successful project that is on-budget and on-schedule with less surprises.

Scope Management

  • Develop linkages between scope, invoice, and budget management to prevent scope creep.
  • Defines scope boundaries to set and maintain clear expectations.
  • Foresee and prevent dispute and conflict through clear communication and monitoring.

Report creation and generation

  • Worry-free reporting to funding partners on project progress.
  • Knowledge of many federal reporting requirements.
  • Dynamic and informed approach to providing desired metrics when they’re needed.
